Uncommon Treads

Our new and reclaimed treads and millwork are made from new, old growth, and felled city lumber, as well as reclaimed hard and soft woods sourced from barns and factories.

Reclaimed stair treads, risers and nosing are sourced either from original factory stair systems or from salvaged timbers, joists and decking. We offer planed hardwood surfaces as well as original patina surfaces.

In addition to flooring and wall cladding, we offer custom millwork and trim to create a cohesive material design for your space.

We do supply lumber to manufacturers and contractors as well.  This service is subject to minimums, so please contact us see if your project is a fit.
