Flooring Considerations
CHARACTER/GRADE Solid wood flooring is an organic material and as such, natural variations in grain and color pattern should be expected. Please allow an extra 10% material waste for on-site installation. Prefinished floors will have small open knots and non-structural checks filled with black epoxy.
