Character-rich elm boards are sawn from timbers, known as sleeper logs, salvaged from century-old barns throughout the midwest.

Shown here in clear matte, our elm cladding is available unfinished or prefinished. Class A fire treatment available.

 

CLADDING CONSIDERATIONS

CHARACTER/GRADE Fillable characteristics include stable or small open knots, nail and bolt holes, insect marks and pin holes, and non-structural surface checks. Natural variations in grain and color, wear patterns, textures, and, in some instances, saw marks are expected. Pronounced wear patterns, scarring, and nail holes, some slight overwood can be expected.
