Reclaimed Materials Inside Bar Agricole in San Fransisco

Bar Agricole is a LEED gold- certified contemporary tavern evoking sustainability in its design as well as its food and drinks (with emphasis on the latter).

Mix-master and proprietor Thad Vogler, along with a cadre of artistic professionals, opened the eco-modern space in August 2010, which consists of an outdoor dining patio/garden (yes, an herb garden for Vogler’s specialty concoctions) and 4,000 SF indoor dining/bar area with walls and ceiling adorned with our supplied white oak reclaimed from whiskey tanks – a perfect match for the “Chez Panisse of Cocktails”.

Bar Agricole accolades include 2010 Award for Best Sustainable Structure from California Home & Design Magazine and 2010 Grand Merit Award from Remodeling Magazine.
