Paneling from Salvaged Trees in Warriors' Royal Blue

We are proud to have supplied the Golden State Warriors’ new corporate office in San Francisco with Ash and White Oak wood paneling from salvaged city trees. The space encompasses over 70,000 sf and is located in Mission Rock, Building B, a short walk from the LEED Gold-certified Chase Center. The Golden State Warriors have been a sustainability leader in the NBA as the first NBA team to sign the United Sports for Climate Action Initiative. Check out the Chase Center’s expansive list of sustainability commitments here.

The new space was designed by Gensler San Francisco, a pioneer in incorporating reclaimed urban trees as paneling and flooring in modern commercial interiors. Much of the paneling was stained to match the Warrior’s Royal Blue.

What are the benefits of Urban Wood Paneling?

Investing in salvaged urban trees relieves pressure on our virgin forests and reduces carbon emissions associated with harvesting. The paneling is also RED List Free and Clean Air Gold, supporting healthy environments for staff, visitors, and communities. Here is more information about the benefits of Urban Wood.
