White Oak Companion Veneer

Our standard companion veneers are plain sawn book matched and offer a more restrained aesthetic with a consistent grain pattern and less of the pronounced variation found in our live sawn veneers.

These companion veneers pair perfectly with our slatted wall panels, which use the same veneers as their backing.

Companion veneer is available in white oak (pictured here) as well as walnut. Finishes include matte clear and premium oil. Please inquire about other species.

Our companion veneers are Living Building Challenge Red List Free. For product specifications, installation instructions and sustainability information, click on the tabs below.

Installation materials are not included and must be purchased separately. For wall installation, we recommend using MF375 Monarch Z-Clips. For ceiling installations, we recommend using MFCEIL-H Monarch Ceiling Clips.

For most installations, we recommend a climatic temperature between 55 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 30% to 50% humidity level. Environments that do not meet these criteria will cause wood to experience shrinking and swelling issues that damage the product. We cannot guarantee our product’s performance in such environments.
