Great for residential and small commercial projects, our Solid Classic Slat Wood Wall Planks are made from 100% solid wood in white oak, poplar, urban ash or walnut.*
Our slat wall planks are sold unfinished or pre-finished in matte clear and made in the USA. Planks are 3″ and 4.5″ wide, 8′ long and 1″ thick. The planks join together seamlessly.

Urban Evolutions recommends screwing 2” furring strips to the wall in 24” intervals. Using a sustainable construction adhesive, secure planks to strips. Use 18 gauge, 11/2” brad nails to secure the boards around the perimeter and center where extra stability is needed. If installing optional trim to cover the edges, use nails to secure the trim directly to the planks.
For most installations, we recommend a climatic temperature within 55 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 30% to 50% humidity level. Environments that do not meet these criteria will cause wood to experience shrinking and swelling issues that damage the product. We cannot guarantee our product’s performance in such environments.
