Reclaimed Skip-Planed Oak Flooring
Reclaimed Skip-Planed Oak Flooring
UE's Reclaimed Skip-Planed Oak Flooring is sourced from century-old barns throughout the Midwest. Skip-planed to heighten the variance in tones and textures, these white and red oak boards display original saw marks alongside characteristic tight growth rings and aged tannins — some of our most distinctive flooring.
Key Features
- 100% reclaimed from historic barns
- Original saw marks and character
- Tongue and groove profile with micro bevel
- Not available prefinished
White and red oak trees, already a century old, were used to construct barns in the early 1900s. The boards are skip-planed to heighten the variance in tones and textures, showing the original saw marks. The result is flooring with unmatched depth of character — beautiful in historic restorations and striking in contemporary installations.
Shown here in Ultra Clear Matte. Not available prefinished. Wood's fire rating is dependent on species, application, and finish. Please consult the American Wood Council's Flame Spread Performance sheet for more information.
