Reclaimed Redwood Cladding
Reclaimed Redwood Cladding
UE’s Reclaimed Redwood Cladding gives century-old redwood salvaged from massive olive, pepper, and wine brining tanks a new life on interior walls and ceilings. Rich coloration and distinctive black staining created by oxidizing metal straps and fasteners make this finite reclaimed material especially distinctive.

Urban Evolutions’ current supply of century-old redwood was rescued from massive olive, pepper, and wine tanks as the industry transitioned toward stainless steel for brining. The material has become a desirable, finite resource.
Its unique black staining is the result of metal straps and fasteners oxidizing over time. Although redwood is often associated with exterior applications, its rich coloration and black staining create a distinctive appearance for interior spaces.
