UE's Live Sawn Engineered Ash Flooring features a lively, natural grain pattern with mixed tones of warm heartwood and occasional light sapwood, celebrating the full-grain character of the UE Live Sawn Collection. Pressed on a low-adhesive, domestically sourced core and prefinished with durable, healthy topcoats, this floor performs in both commercial and residential environments.

Once a common street tree, ash trees have been devastated by the invasive Emerald Ash Borer beetle throughout the United States. Urban Evolutions partners with municipalities and responsible foresters to salvage these trees, giving them a second life as beautiful, functional building materials.
Ash flooring boards are pressed on a low-adhesive, domestically sourced core and are available prefinished in a selection of highly durable, healthy stains and topcoats. This floor brings warmth and natural life to modern and rustic designs alike while meeting the stability and material health demands of the commercial environment.
