A big, huge “Thank You!” to everyone who stopped by to see us at Hospitality Design Expo in May. It was our first time at the show, and were we ever thrilled by your response! So much so that we’ve added a new Community & Hospitality Table section to our website to make it easier for those in the industry to navigate.
If you didn’t make it by the booth, here are some of the highlights from the show.
The Booth. The booth itself was quite a hit. It was a showcase of our reclaimed materials, and some of our newest furnishings specially designed for the hospitality industry. Reclaimed flooring and wall cladding got a lot of attention, as did some new design features, like carved accent panels and mixed patina tiled cladding.
The Factory Maple Waterfall Bar. Color variation and scarring is lovingly preserved from the decades of workers in action on the factory floor. Table is cleaned, sanded “smooth” and sealed with a matte finish. Maple is one of the hardest woods, so this table continues to take a beating. Available in various widths and lengths, this piece works either as a small gathering bar or in a larger communal setting. Learn more about our factory maple bar.
The Timber Bar Stools. We’re always looking for ways to incorporate what we call “shapes”: Chunky pieces of century-old pine barn beams. This time we mounted them on industrial steel footrests for a modern and surprisingly functional effect. Learn more our timber bar stools.
The Café Tables. We brought four of our new and reclaimed table tops to show off. All kinds of reclaimed or new wood tops are available for these four-tops. Set upon a natural steel or powder-coated base, you can customize them to fit your space. Learn more about our reclaimed oak cafe tables.
We’d love to hear from you!
