Some time ago, artist Linda Kelly came to us looking for some nice “canvases” in the form of reclaimed ceiling tin which she uses to create stunning stills, portraits and southwest-leaning landscapes.
Little did we know at the time that her son Brian, an equally talented artist and in equal need of similar raw material (jonesin’ rough tin for his own stash), was raiding mom’s cache for a tin fix to beat his own brand of “Butch Craft” art into submission.
Now, we hate so see a rift in the family circle caused by a lack of enough rough stuff to go around, so we bundled up a batch of scraps with mom’s last order and now the whole family is happy and making more stellar works.
